On 12/20, the Altec Lansing GT5051 speakers had a $40 rebate bringing down the price to a sizzling $9.99. However, as the news got out, the expiration date on the rebate was mysteriously changed from 12/31 to 12/19, making the rebate useless for many people! And now Buy.com does not accept the rebate or even acknowledge altering it!
